Quaint little two bedroom wooden log cabin, situated just off the main road. Lovely views of fields and hillsides, chickens and ducks roaming around outside. The space is very cosy, with a log burner fire inside for when it gets too cold to sit outside and watch the sun go down. We stayed for one night and found the place very chilled and relaxing. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, so when mentioned to the owners they resolved this within the hour. I had asked the owners ahead of time if they were able to decorate the cabin with some balloons and banners as it was my partners birthday and I wanted to surprise him. They had agreed to this a few months before but upon available no decorations had been put up, which was a little disappointing as it would have been a lovely surprise for my partner.
Lovely log cabin in a great location, could do with a couple of items adding to the kitchen like a baking tray and small side plates. Cabin was clean and tidy on arrival and in a beautiful location loved the chickens roaming around and horses in the field next to us.

Great place to stay for a quiet break.Cabin was warm and welcoming when we arrived.The weather wasn’t the best but we felt cozy and comfortable.Log fire while watching the telly made it perfect.Large living room / kitchen.Two good size double bedrooms.Bath and shower.Cabin was clean and tidy upon arrival.We had no issues at all and if we needed anything,Tim was only a call away.Highly recommended 10/10
Tim & Anastasia were there to greet us. Very friendly & welcoming. Nothing too much trouble. The log cabin is absolutely beautiful. Spotlessly clean & extremely well equipped. Beautiful location. There was a bottle of wine, fresh flowers & the log burning stove lit waiting for us on our arrival. We will certainly book here again.
Myself and Wife stayed here for our honeymoon. Tim & Anna made us feel at home. The cabin itself was spectacular, a romantic setting and in an beautiful location. We couldn’t have wished for anything else. We’ve really enjoyed ourselves and have already booked next year. Thank you to you both for being so polite, easy to talk to, and being really helpful. We’ll see you next year Mr & Mrs Lees xx

Excellent log homes. The moment you enter, you get a great feeling. Tim is a great host, very cooperative and makes sure his customers have a great time staying there. I highly recommend this place to stay if you are visiting the lake district.
